Jeff Brasen d24187a81f MdePkg/BaseFdtLib: Rename standard functions 
Rename the standard functions in the LibFdtSupport to remove conflicts
with other libraries that define them.

Benny Lin 5d586606c7 MdePkg: Support FDT library.
