Remove the GUID references to gArmGlobalVariableGuid and includes
of ArmGlobalVariableHob.h since they are not used by the ARM BDS.

Since the embedded Linux Loader has been removed from BdsLib
there is no more Linux specific boot option.
All the boot options are now expected to be arguments for
EFI applications.

Since there is now a formal definition of EFI_LOAD_OPTION, we can no
longer typedef it as a UINT8*. So update the code to use the common
definition, which is not a pointer type, hence the additional changes
to the C code.

Remove the option to update the "Fdt" UEFI variable in the ARM BDS as
the "setfdt" EFI Shell command provides this service from now.
Remove the use of this variable in the legacy kernel boot loader and
use the FDT installed in the configuration table instead.

- We need to delete the boot option variable from storage not just
adjust the BootOrder variable.
- The Linux tool 'efibootmgr' still showed the previously removed boot
options.

The condition tries to identify if we were starting a EFI
OS Loader or EFI Application.
But LOAD_OPTION_CATEGORY_BOOT was used as a mask to check the
attributes of the boot options while it is not a mask.

EFI OS Loader application will be responsible to start their needed drivers.
While other EFI applications (eg: EFI Shell) expect to have all their drivers

OptionalData for EFI Application does not contain any more specific information about the ArmPlatformPkg/Bds.

When deleting a boot entry from the boot menu all next entries must
be copied one entry up to rearrange the BootOrder list.
This patch fixes the copy: each boot entry is 16 bits, not 8 bits.

Each application loader has its own OptionalData format. To avoid to start a Boot Entry
that has not been created by ArmPlatform/Bds a signature has been added to the
OptionalData.

The UEFI Specification defines some requirement related to the Boot Manager.
This new version of the BDS support most of the features:
- TimeOut, BootNext, BootOrder, Boot### environment variable for boot device selection
- ConOut. ConIn, ConErr environment variables for console intialization
- Boot EFI application defined by a Device Path
- Support removable devices
- Support FileSystem, MemMap, PXE and TFTP boot devices
