There are two scene communicate with StandaloneMm(MM):
1 edk2 -> TF-A -> MM, communicate MM use non-secure buffer which
specify by EFI_SECURE_PARTITION_BOOT_INFO.SpNsCommBufBase;
2 RAS scene: fiq -> TF-A -> MM, use secure buffer which
specify by EFI_SECURE_PARTITION_BOOT_INFO.SpShareBufBase;
For now, the second scene will failed because check buffer address.
This patch add CheckBufferAddr() to support check address for secure
buffer.

This change allows to build StandaloneMmPkg components for 32bit Arm
StandaloneMm firmware.
This change mainly moves AArch64/ source files to Arm/ side directory
for several components: StandaloneMmCpu, StandaloneMmCoreEntryPoint
and StandaloneMmMemLib. The source file is built for both 32b and 64b
Arm targets.

Use intermediate (UINTN) cast when casting int from/to pointer. This
is needed as UINT64 values cast from/to 32bit pointer for 32bit
architectures.

Allow passing of a request to StandaloneMm Core through the Firmware
Framework(FF-A) using FFA_MSG_SEND_DIRECT_REQ method. This method is
used as a mechanism for requesting some service from StandaloneMm.

Fix the ECC tool reported error "[3002] Non-Boolean comparisons
should use a compare operator".
Also fix the following:
- add curly braces for 'if' condition statements to comply
with the coding standard.
- The value returned by GET_GUID_HOB_DATA() is stored in
*HobData. Therefore, check *HobData against NULL. The
original code was checking HobData which is incorrect.

Update the reference to MM communicate to refer to the MM communicate 2
protocol instead. This makes no difference for the MM side of the
implementation, but is more accurate nonetheless, since the original MM
protocol does not work in combination with standalone MM.

This patch adds a simple CPU driver that exports the
EFI_MM_CONFIGURATION_PROTOCOL to allow registration of the Standalone
MM Foundation entry point. It preserves the existing notification
mechanism for the configuration protocol.
