Gao, Liming 35c77daed9 MdeModulePkg: Convert non DOS format files to DOS format and remove unused module UNI files. 
1. Module UNI and Package UNI files are not DOS format. Convert them to DOS format.
2. Remove unused SectionExtractionDxeModStrs.uni and SectionExtractionPeiModStrs.uni

Zeng, Star fea55a1661 MdeModulePkg: INF/DEC file updates to EDK II packages 
2. Add MODULE_UNI_FILE file that contains the localized Abstract and Description of a module.
a. Addresses an information gap between INF files and the UEFI Distribution Packaging Specification XML schema
b. There will be an associated update to UPT in BaseTools to consume MODULE_UNI_FILE and associated UNI file during UDP creation that performs the INF -> XML conversion.
c. There will be an associated update to UPT in BaseTools to produce MODULE_UNI_FILE and associated UNI file during UDP installation that performs the XML -> INF conversion.

3. Add Module Extra UNI file that provides the localized Name of a module.
a. [UserExtensions.TianoCore."ExtraFiles"] provides an easy method for a module to specify extra files not listed in [Sources] or [Binaries] sections to be added to a UDP without having to list the files in the UPT package information data file.
b. There will be an associated update to UPT in BaseTools to package up files listed in [UserExtensions.TianoCore."ExtraFiles"] during UDP creation.
c. UNI file contains localized name of a module to go along with the localized Abstract and Description from the MODULE_UNI_FILE.

Zeng, Star 6036e94dc9 MdeModulePkg: INF/DEC file updates to EDK II packages 
1. Usage information in INF file comment blocks are either incomplete or incorrect.  
This includes usage information for Protocols/PPIs/GUIDs/PCDs/HOBs/Events/BootModes.  
The syntax for usage information in comment blocks is defined in the EDK II Module Information (INF) Specification

Elvin Li d81c462d61 MdeModulePkg: Removed valid text mode check in SetAttribute interface in GraphicsConsole. 
UEFI spec mentioned that the color mask can be set even when the device is in an invalid text mode. But the current code add text mode check. Removed the check now.

li-elvin f58fcb0a1d Move GOP and UGA draw from Consplitter entrypoint to start(). When there is one real physical graphics device in system, Consplitter will expose GOP/UGA protocol on the virtual handle. In addition, fix a obvious logic issue in GraphicsConsole.

li-elvin b9b5e3078d Remove hard code video resolution in C code and use PCD PcdVideoHorizontalResolution/PcdVideoVerticalResolution for customization. And when PcdConOutRow/PcdConOutColumn and PcdVideoHorizontalResolution/PcdVideoVerticalResolution are all set to 0, the console will be max video resolution and max text mode.

Fixes a Terminal FIFO full issue that caused data to be lost. The Unicode and EFI Key FIFOs are now checked to make sure they have spaces before pushing another entry.

vanjeff f44e8c16f8 1. Setting cursor position to (0, 0) and flushing cursor directly instead of calling GraphicConSoleConOutSetPosition(). 
2. Rename the internal function name EraseCursor() to FlushCursor() to remove the confusion on this function name. And add detailed function description for it.

mdkinney abef1c7a09 Prevent a NULL device path from being passed into REPORT_STATUS_CODE_WITH_DEVICE_PATH by building child device path before using any of the Serial I/O Protocol services. 
This guarantees that child device path is valid even if an error is returned from one of Serial I/O Protocol services in Start().

jljusten 815119f3d9 DuetPkg, MdeModulePkg: Fix several enum comparions 
These comparisons were not comparing an enum variable
with a member of the same enum type.

GCC 4.5 generated a warning for these comparison
operations.

vanjeff 76649bf4d8 1.Fixed the bug when retrieved component name by child handle. It should used gEfiConsoleInDeviceGuid, gEfiConsoleOutDeviceGuid instead of gEfiSimpleTextInProtocolGuid and gEfiSimpleTextOutProtocolGuid. 
2.Fixed one bug when creating Console Standard error handle.

mdkinney 188e4e8444 Remove unnecessary use of FixedPcdxxx() functions and [FixedPcd] INF sections. These should only be used for PCDs that are used to pre-init global variables, pre-init global structures, or size arrays. 
Do some minor clean ups to INF files

vanjeff af4a63857c updated the Bus Driver that is able to create all or one of its child handles on each call to Start() not to create new child handle if RemainingDeviepath is the End of Device Path Node, per UEFI 2.3. 
The others changes include:
1. Check RemainingDevicePath at beginning of Supported(), make sure it has been verified before Start() is called.
2. Check IO protocol firstly rather than EfiDevicePathProtocolGuid, reduce the times entering into Start() function because EfiDevicePathProtocolGuid existed on most of handle.
3. If no any child device is created on last time, and RemainingDevicePath is valid Uart Devcie path, go on creating child device handle based on this RemainingDevicePath.

eric_tian 5e0b1e3f82 fix the issue of "Simple File System Protocol Test -> SetInfo_Conf failed on RAS_MB". When it print a string contained a control character of 0xc, it will hang on ConOut->OutputString() which will preprocessor some control character and call HiiStringToImage to render. There is gap between ConOut->OutputString() and HiiStringToImage.The former doesn't identify '0xc' as a line break character and assert only one line font printed. But the latter think it is so and print 2 line, which causes assertion. 
I add EFI_HII_IGNORE_LINE_BREAK flag to force HiiStringToImage ignore the force line break character.

vanjeff dad608335f 1. retried PrimaryConsoleInDeviceGuid, PrimaryConsoleOutDeviceGuid and PrimaryStandardErrorDeviceGuid. 
Consplitter will not install these protocols any more.

2. added logic in Bds to check console handles in System table, if no console handle assigned. Bds module will fill these handles in system table accordingly.

3. fixed one bug before call ConsoleControl->SetMode in FrontPage.c.
