Fix FreePoll() bugs in some places.

Removed the dependency to MdeModulePkg in the HiiLibFramework
Removed EDK_RELEASE_VERSION and EFI_SPECIFICATION_VERSION in the Framework inf file.

Replace some CopyMem() for GUID copy with CopyGuid().
