Rebecca Cran 4e5ecdbac8 SecurityPkg: Add support for RngDxe on AARCH64
AARCH64 support has been added to BaseRngLib via the optional
ARMv8.5 FEAT_RNG.

Refactor RngDxe to support AARCH64, note support for it in the
VALID_ARCHITECTURES line of RngDxe.inf and enable it in SecurityPkg.dsc.

Thomas Palmer 3b60842ce7 SecurityPkg: Integrate new RngLib into RngDxe
Use the new RngLib to provide the IA32/X64 random data for RngDxe.
Remove x86 specific functions from RdRand files.
Simplify RngDxe by using WriteUnaligned64 for all platforms.
Use GetRandomNumber128 in RngDxe to leverage 128 bit support provided
by some HW RNG devices.
