3d7decbc4f Add in a check to make sure "BootCurrent" is created only when it match a valid "BOOT###" NV EFI variable.

5c08e11737 Move BdsDxe and GenericBdsLib to IntelFrameworkModulePkg, these modules need dependent on gEfiLegacyBiosProtocol to provide legacy boot support. But legacy boot is not described by PI/UEFI specification.
