1) remove wildcard imports and use explicit imports
2) refactor to use shared variables from Common/DataType
3) rename to not shadow imports
4) don't assign a variable in a loop (just do final assignment)

7) refactor to share DXE and PEI apriori GUIDs from one place

Python3 migration is the fundamental change. It requires every developer
to install Python3. Before this migration, the well communication and wide
verification must be done. But now, most people is not aware of this change,
and not try it. So, Python3 migration is reverted and be moved to edk2-staging
Python3 branch for the edk2 user evaluation.

Move "ImageBinDict" from GenFds.py to GenFdsGlobalVariable.py so that we
can remove the requirement to import GenFds.GenFds in Capsule.py, Fd.py and
Fv.py. This breaks the following circular imports:
* GenFds.FdfParser => GenFds.Capsule => GenFds.GenFds => GenFds.FdfParser
* GenFds.FdfParser => GenFds.Fd => GenFds.GenFds => GenFds.FdfParser
* GenFds.FdfParser => GenFds.Fd => GenFds.Fv => GenFds.GenFds =>

Replace StringIO.StringIO with io.BytesIO to be compatible with python3.
This commit also removes "import StringIO" from those python scripts
that don't really use it.

currently GUID packing and pack size determination is spread
throughout the code. This introduces a shared function and dict and
routes all code paths through them.

We meet a case that different FV use same FILE statement Guid, but the
FILE content is different. current we use the Guid value as Ffs file
dir which cause the ffs file will be override. This patch use Guid
value and Fv name as ffs dir for FILE statement.

The incorrect indent introduced by 37de70, it cause PEIM in sub FV
image can't be rebased. Then it block some platform can't boot.

change the 'r+b' to 'rb' for some file's open, since these files we only
read it and no need to write. It can fix the bug that the file's attribute
had been set to read-only.

When do the multiple raw file support feature, it cause the regression
that the raw file section alignment value was wrongly overridden by the
single raw file. this patch: 1) fix the wrong overridden bug. 2) remove
the duplicate code for combine multiple raw file into one.

Current FDF spec updated to support multiple binary files for RAW File
in the [FV] and [Capsule] section. For the multiple normal files, it may
have the optional FfsAlignment.

When two vtf files in one FV image, no FV file can be generated, but it
report the stack trace info. so we enhance the tool to report error
message directly but not the stack trace info.

indicate whether the FV UI name is included in
FV EXT header as a entry or not.
