Enables KVM and One Click Recovery WLAN capability with WiFi Profile
Sync feature and protocol. Adding WiFiProfileSyncProtocol, which
supports the profilesync driver operations for transferring WiFi profiles
from AMT to the Supplicant. WiFiConnectionManager will check for the
WifiProfileSyncProtocol and if found will operate on the premise of a
One Click Recovery, or KVM flow with a Wifi profile provided by AMT.

Add WiFi Connection Manager in NetworkPkg to provide UI for users to scan
networks, connect or disconnect to networks.
This connection manager won't include the UNDI driver, supplicant driver,
or other device specific drivers and is therefor not a complete solution
stack for UEFI Wi-Fi, users can seek help for Wireless card vendors.

* Rename the file/variable name.
This variable (HttpTlsCipherList) can be set by any platform that want to
control its own preferred Tls CipherList for the later HTTPS session.
The valid contents of variable must follow the TLS CipherList format defined
in RFC 5246. The valid length of variable must be an integral multiple of 2.
For example, if below cipher suites are preferred:
CipherSuite TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA256 = {0x00,0x3C}
CipherSuite TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA256 = {0x00,0x3D}
Then, the contents of variable should be:
{0x00,0x3C,0x00,0x3D}

This patch provides the UI to support TLS auth configuration.
* EFI_SIGNATURE_LIST format is used for 'TlsCaCertificate'
variable. So, TLS supports multiple certificate configuration.
* The variable attribute is BS with NV, which only target at
preventing runtime phase attack.

This patch updates the HTTP boot driver to produce a setup page for the boot
file URI configuration. A new boot option will be created for the manual
configured URI address. This change is made to support the HTTP boot usage
in home environment.
