jljusten bdfb126146 MdePkg/Library/BaseMemoryLibRepStr/x64/*.S: 
Added assembly files for gnu toolchain.
  Uses '.intel_syntax' which requires binutils >= 2.10.
MdePkg/Library/BaseMemoryLibRepStr/BaseMemoryLibRepStr.inf:
  Include .S files for BaseMemoryLibRepStr module.
