niruiyu 402e4a9d77 Change the type of NotifyHandle from EFI_HANDLE to VOID * for SimpleTextInEx protocol. 
Clean up the code to remove unnecessary NotifyHandle in the private data structure.

niruiyu a974619978 Remove the check of signature because the code which looks for the input NotifyHandle in the internal linked list is enough. 
Enhance ConSplitter to register hot keys for new connected consoles.

niruiyu 608817ad71 Change the SimpleTextInEx implementation to return CTRL+C when CTRL and C are both pressed; SimpleTextIn implementation still returns CTRL+3.

erictian 15cc67e616 raise TPL to TPL_CALLBACK level at DriverBindingStart() for all usb-related modules, which prevent DriverBindingStop() from being invoked when DriverBindingStart() runs.

erictian ea02100237 1. free those inserted NsKeyNode resource when releasing SetKeyBoardLayout event. 
2. cleanup HiiDataBaseDxe to directly use gEfiHiiKeyBoardLayoutGuid which is used as the guid of event group.
