Hao Wu 52e8c56838 BaseTools/EfiRom: Add/refine boundary checks for strcpy/strcat calls 
Add checks to ensure when the destination string buffer is of fixed
size, the strcpy/strcat functions calls will not access beyond the
boundary.

Liming Gao a9f6e0a4dc BaseTools: Replace ARCH with HOST_ARCH in C Makefile to avoid conflict

ARCH is too generic. It may cause confuse of target arch or host arch.

Daniel Verkamp 9f3a38cdfb BaseTools/EfiRom: Add multiple device id support 
This is a patch to implement writing and dumping of PCI 3.0 Device ID
lists in EFI option ROMs in the EfiRom tool.
Using this modification, multiple space-delimited device IDs can be
specified after -i.  The first device in the list is used for the main
PCI ROM header Device ID field and is also written in the list.  The
list is only written when more than one device ID has been specified;
when only one device ID is given on the command line, the EfiRom output
should be identical to the current code.

Laszlo Ersek 2d41ea3aed BaseTools/EfiRom: supply missing machine type lookup strings 
"EfiRom --dump" does not recognize the 0x8664 machine type:

>   EFI ROM header contents
>     EFI Signature          0x0EF1
>     Compression Type       0x0001 (compressed)
>     Machine type           0x8664 (unknown)
>     Subsystem              0x000B (EFI boot service driver)
>     EFI image offset       0x0050 (@0xF650)

Add lookup strings for the remaining EFI_IMAGE_MACHINE_* numeric macros
that can be found in
"BaseTools/Source/C/Include/IndustryStandard/PeImage.h". The strings
follow Table 12. "UEFI Image Types" from the UEFI v2.6 spec.

Hess Chen 1be2ed90a2 There is a limitation on WINDOWS OS for the length of entire file path can’t be larger than 255. There is an OS API provided by Microsoft to add “\\?\” before the path header to support the long file path. Enable this feature on basetools.

lgao4 d0acc87a41 Sync BaseTool trunk (version r2460) into EDKII BaseTools. The change mainly includes: 
1. Support use expression as DSC file PCD value.
  2. Update FDF parser to fix bug to get complete macro value.
  3. Fix bug to replace SET statement macro and evaluate SET statement PCD value in FDF file.
  4. Fix a bug for MACRO defined in conditional block cannot be processed correctly
