Ard Biesheuvel 4a1500db2b ArmVirtPkg/MemoryInitPeiLib: split memory HOB based on MAX_ALLOC_ADDRESS
The current ArmVirtMemoryInitPeiLib code splits the memory region passed
via PcdSystemMemoryBase/PcdSystemMemorySize in two if the region extends
beyond the MAX_ADDRESS limit. This was introduced for 32-bit ARM, which
may support more than 4 GB of physical address space, but cannot address
all of it via a 1:1 mapping, and a single region that is not mappable
in its entirety is unusable by the PEI core.

AArch64 is in a similar situation now: platforms may support more than
256 TB of physical address space, but only 256 TB is addressable by the
CPU, and so a memory region that extends from below this limit to above
it should be split.

Ard Biesheuvel 39da48614a ArmVirtPkg/ArmVirtMemoryInitPeiLib: move to ArmVirtMemInfoLib
Move to the new ArmVirtMemInfoLib library to retrieve DRAM information
from the platform, so that we can phase out ArmPlatformLib going forward.

Ard Biesheuvel f2509d6d3e ArmVirtPkg: restrict mapping attributes of normal memory to EFI_MEMORY_WB
In general, on an ARM system, mapping normal memory as device memory may
have unintended side effects, given that unaligned accesses or loads and
stores with special semantics (e.g., load/store exclusive) may fault or
may not work as expected.

Under KVM, the situation is even worse, since the host may not expect the
guest to perform uncached accesses, and so writes to such an uncached
region may get lost completely.

Since the only safe mapping type under KVM is EFI_MEMORY_WB, remove all
other memory type attributes.

Ard Biesheuvel 5db1cce145 ArmPkg ArmVirtPkg MdeModulePkg: switch to separate ArmMmuLib
Switch all users of ArmLib that depend on the MMU routines to the new,
separate ArmMmuLib. This needs to occur in one go, since the MMU
routines are removed from ArmLib build at the same time, to prevent
conflicting symbols.

Ard Biesheuvel 72daeed8cf ArmVirtPkg/ArmVirtMemoryInitPeiLib: handle memory above 4 GB on 32-bit ARM
On 32-bit ARM, split system memory into a region below (and up to) 4 GB
and a region above 4 GB. This is necessary to get the DXE core to consider
the former as the resource descriptor that describes the primary memory
region that also covers the PHIT region.
