The BootLogoUpdateProgress() function uses the EFI_GRAPHICS_OUTPUT_BLT_PIXEL type in its parameter list, but the protocol header that defines this type is not included. This breaks dependent C source files that don't otherwise include the GraphicsOutput protocol header. Supply the necessary include directive. (Similarly, BootLogoEnableLogo() uses EDKII_PLATFORM_LOGO_DISPLAY_ATTRIBUTE in its parameter list. For that however, the PlatformLogo protocol header is included already.)
