The TPer Reset operation is a common logic. So it's added into SecurityPkg/Tcg/MemoryOverwriteControl/TcgMor.inf module and would be triggered at EndOfDxe. By this way, all encrypted drives which produce EFI_STORAGE_SECURITY_ RPOTOCOL interface would be force reset when MOR is set.
