Sebastien Boeuf d8ef774346 OvmfPkg: Retrieve SMBIOS from Cloud Hypervisor 
Add a fallback on the SMBIOS code to find the SMBIOS table for Cloud
Hypervisor if it couldn't be found for Qemu through fw_cfg.
