Ard Biesheuvel 3cdbd7528b BaseTools CLANG35: add missing XIP flags for AARCH64 
When building for AARCH64, code that may execute with the MMU off should
not perform unaligned accesses, which is why we set -mstrict-align for
BASE, SEC, PEI_CORE and PEIM modules when building with GCCx. However,
this setting is missing from CLANG35 so set it there as well.

This directory contains the template files for the next generation of the
EDK II Build infrastructure.  These files will be copied into the WORKSPACE's
Conf directory if and only if the target files do not exist.

These files may be updated frequently.

The XMLSchema directory contains the EDK II Packaging XML definitions.  The
schema may change in the future.  It differs somewhat from the early versions
of the XML Schema.
