The ProcessOptionRomLight() assumes that OpRom has already been processed in the previous full enumeration and updates AllOpRomProcessed flag to TRUE by default. However, this may not be applicable with other pre-stage boot firmwares. This will update AllOpRomProcessed flag properly by checking PciRomGetImageMapping().
