Fix a logic error in SetMem64 (); The correct stride should be 8 instead of 4.

	Fix Printf(“%\n”) passer error.

	Fix some missing ASSERT ()s
	Move MAXIMUM_VALUE_CHARACTERS from PrintLibInternal.h to PrintLib.h
