According to PI specification, EndOfDxe Event should be signaled before DxeSmmReadyToLock protocol installation. This update is ASSERT if EndOfDxe Event is not signaled when DxeSmmReadyToLock protocol installed. And do REPORT_STATUS_CODE() also.
