EdkCompatibilityPkg.dsc	Per Framework SMM CIS spec, SMM Base Protocol.Communicate() is availabe in runtime. In SmmBaseOnSmmBase2Thunk driver, implementation of Communicate() uses SMM Communication Protocol. The thunk driver caches a pointer to SMM Communication Protocol.
