Gao, Liming 865ef8430f SourceLevelDebugPkg: INF/DEC file updates to EDK II packages
4. PCD information in DEC file comment blocks are either incomplete or incorrect.  
This includes detailed description, @Prompt, @ValidRange, @ValidList, @Expression, and [Error.<TokenSpaceGuid>] validation error messages.

UDK based firmware on UEFI IA-32 and UEFI x64 platforms can be debugged with
SourceLevelDebugPkg in conjunction with Intel(R) UEFI Development Kit Debugger
Tool (Intel (R) UDK Debugger Tool).
