MdeModulePkg\Universal\PCD\Pei\Pcd.inf

Error:
AttributeError: 'PlatformInfo' object has no attribute
'DynamicPcdList'

The DSC data object used to build a separate module today
is PlatformInfo rather than PlatformAutoGen
'PlatformAutoGen' object has attribute 'DynamicPcdList'

This patch is going to fixed this issue
