Ard Biesheuvel 6ef6afac50 ArmPlatformPkg/PlatformPeim: remove ArmGlobalVariable lowlevel init ... Now that we dropped all ArmPlatformGlobalVariableLib dependencies, there is no longer a need to query the ArmGlobalVariable PPI and install the ArmGlobalVariable HOB. So remove it.
