oliviermartin f0fef790ff ArmPkg: Introduce ArmSetLowVectors/ArmSetHighVectors functions ... These functions set/clear the SCTLR.V bit that controls the location of the Vector Table. This commit also forces the SCTLR.V to be clear when the VBAR register is set.
