HiiGetHiiHandles() returns an array of EFI_HII_HANDLEs, not EFI_HANDLEs. HiiGetString() takes an EFI_HII_HANDLE, not an EFI_HANDLE. This change is a no-op in practice; it's a semantic improvement.
