The UPDATE_BOOLEAN_PCD_FROM_FW_CFG() macro currently calls the module-private helper function GetNamedFwCfgBoolean(). Replace the latter with QemuFwCfgParseBool() from QemuFwCfgSimpleParserLib. This change is compatible with valid strings accepted previously.
