Set the ImageContext.Handle and ImageContext.ImageRead() fields so that PeCoffLoaderRelocateImageExtraAction() can invoke PeCoffLoaderGetImageInfo or PeCoffLoaderGetPeHeader if desired to obtain additional metadata. We will use this to create a PeCoffLoaderRelocateImageExtraAction() implementation that applies boot time strict mapping permissions to PE/COFF modules.
