Ard Biesheuvel ec613395d1 ArmPkg: remove SetPrimaryStack and InitializePrimaryStack macros ... The SetPrimaryStack and InitializePrimaryStack macros are no longer used now that we removed support for ArmPlatformGlobalVariableLib. So remove the various versions of them.
