Ard Biesheuvel cd2de38ba4 ArmPlatformPkg: remove unused ArmVExpressLibCTA9x4 code ... ArmVExpressLibCTA9x4 is unused, and rather outdated, given that it is the last ArmPlatformLib implementation that executes both in the secure and non-secure worlds, which is a model we no longer support for ARM systems. So remove it.
