Allow unset of entrypoint (resolves #5582) 

When an empty string is passed to the 'entrypoint' parameter, for example
`docker-compose run --entrypoint='' ...`
OR
`docker-compose run --entrypoint '' ...`
It allows the default entrypoint to be overriden by empty value.
