153a8b24fe ido: Fix hosts without hostcheck service not being dumped to config table. 
still, the status update must be triggered by icinga2 which does not
happen currently.

fixes #4500

a4d8cfe2a5 ido: Add idcolumn to REGISTER_DBTYPE 
hosts are using host_object_id, commands are using object_id.
That's weird db schema design.
