For the cases where the handlers have raw pointers to these objects.

Alexander A. Klimov 56933b8877 Perfdata writers: disconnect handlers from signals in Pause() 
as they would be re-connected in Resume() (HA).

Before they were still connected during pause and connected X+1 times
after X split-brains (the same data was written X+1 times).

Michael Friedrich 89ac5b2fff GelfWriter: Add 'check_command' to CHECK RESULT/* NOTIFICATION/STATE CHANGE messages 
This allows for much more easy filtering in Graylog web
similar to Graphite or InfluxDB and their template dashboards.
