check_nscp_api: Rewrite using Boost ASIO and Beast
...
This includes a huge workaround for NSCP not sending
the status reason correctly. Therefore parsing the raw
data buffer is required, otherwise we could just use
Beast's builtin HTTP parser as everywhere else.
