"CGIs" is an old definition, it's now referenced as "Classic UI" within
the icinga eco system.

- icinga2 binary location changed to sbin/
- new initscript
- itl is installed into share/
- man pages in man/
- use name macro for every 'icinga2' occurence
- add a changelog
