before permitting their parent objects' destruction.
For the cases where the handlers have raw pointers to these objects.

Alexander A. Klimov 56933b8877 Perfdata writers: disconnect handlers from signals in Pause() 
as they would be re-connected in Resume() (HA).

Before they were still connected during pause and connected X+1 times
after X split-brains (the same data was written X+1 times).

These could be found by using `grep -r -l -P '^\t+ +[^*]'
* Removal of training whitespaces
* A few lines longer than 120 chars

Jason Young 7dbd66535a Throw exception if PerfdataWriter::RotateFile fails to rename from host_temp_path to host_perfdata_path (and same for service) 
This can happen if the two paths are not on the same mount-point.

fixes #9236
