The `templates` attribute can be used to specify an array of templates that should be inherited by the service.

The new service's name is "hostname!service" - where "service" is the dictionary key in the services dictionary.

Defaults to true. event\_command |**Optional.** The name of an event command that should be executed every time the service's state changes. flapping\_threshold|**Optional.** The flapping threshold in percent when a service is considered to be flapping. volatile |**Optional.** The volatile setting enables always `HARD` state types if `NOT-OK` state changes occur. groups |**Optional.** The service groups this service belongs to. notifications |**Optional.** Inline definition of notifications.
