e8466ec7be Fix inlinePie borders and SVG sizes 
Add white border to inline piecharts in the list, to make them more visible on mouse hovering. Set a default image size for the loaded svg charts.

b05316340c monitoring: Add Link view helper 
Most of the monitoring overviews link to detail information, e.g. the full information of the involved monitored
object. Instead of reintroducing link generation and translation in those views, this helper contains most
frequently used jump links.
