81aad9d6a6 Rename Notifiation::getMessages() to popMessages() 
Because the call to popMessages()--before getMessages()--automatically resets the notification messages on the instance, popMessages() is a much better name for the method.

24d0999fa4 Register requirements as objects 
This neutralizes the need for a unique name per requirement as
requirements are now compared based on their type and condition.
It also allows to implement a solution to add simple conditional
requirements.

3961a44769 setup-welcome: fix cli doc 
* `createDirectory` does not exist, this should be `direcotory`.
* For changing the group option `--group` must be used.
* Default config directory is `/etc/icingaweb2` not `/etc/icingaweb`.
