Eric Lippmann	1b83ec3ce2	Preferences: Fix saving preferences when using a database store Our DbSelect::where() is not (or no longer?) compatible w/ Zend_Db_Select::where(). Fix DbUserBackend and DbStore to use FETCH_OBJ, instead of FETCH_ASSOC, to handle it consistently in the whole application.
