monitoring/hooks: Add TicketHook::createLinks()
...
Instead of calling preg_replace_callback w/o error handling in our view scripts, TicketHook::createLinks() will take care of that.

Rename hook base classes
...
Adding suffix "Hook" to every base class. This simplifies development
because you don't need to alias bases classes in your concrete
hook classes
