Jannis Moßhammer 4a95ba3468 Change url handling to detail on hashtag, add service filter ...

The url is now
http://%mainUrl%#%anchor%!detail=%detailUrl%
which allows us to better support IE and prevents
the detail url from appearing on the server side.
