This is the successor of `Depends` and allows to
define dependencies for libraries and modules:

`Requires: <lib-name>[ (<ver>)][, <lib-name>[ (<ver>)]] ...`

or

```
Requires:
  Libraries: <name>[ (<ver>)][, <name>[ (<ver>)]] ...
  Modules: <name>[ (<ver>)][, <name>[ (<ver>)]] ...
