* Move the text of the GPLv2 to the top-level directory This to make it easier to find, it also allows to be autodetectable by github and other automated tools. Note: this is not a license change, the FreeDOS kernel is already released under the GPL v2.
INTRODUCTION ------------ This archive contains the current FreeDOS Kernel, also known as DOS-C, originally written by Pasquale J. Villani. The FreeDOS Kernel is available from http://freedos.sourceforge.net/ It's also available from http://www.dosemu.org/ (somewhere on there).
