[BEHAVIOUR_CHANGED] Modify SaveFile dialog behaviour: it will not process a given directory as saving file name. It browse inside the directory instead.

[BUG_FIXED] Fix build problem for ANSI version.
[UPDATE] Update GUP.exe to v1.9.
