Dev environment:
* Wix Toolset v6.0.2
* .Net SDK 8.0.415

The Notepad++ MSI is for enterprise IT deployment only (and x64 only). For users who want to customize their installation, kepp using NSIS installer.

d6ad80125d Add tab label length limitation option to have reasonable tab width 
Adding possibility to limit the visible length of the document tab name and thus the tab size.
The allowed range is 0 - 257 characters, with 0 meaning that the compacting is disabled. Shortened names are recognizable by trailing ellipses.

- update keywords to match AC and https://doc.rust-lang.org/reference/keywords.html
    - macros (like assert!) and lifetime (like 'static) don't need to be in keyword lists: they are handled internal to the Rust lexer based on the trailing ! or leading '

a91b22bd83 Enhance Perl FunctionList for class 
Add perl packages as the functionList class, handling either normal package syntax, package-block syntax, and fully-qualified sub names,
also allow prototypes and attributes syntax between sub name and body.

9510f75fda Enhance Window dialog "File Modified Time" sorting capacity 
This commit enhance the commit:
5528fed4b0

Make the modified time on Notepad++ instead only on file system, so the new (untitled) document can the modified time if snapshot backup is ON.
