Use the mordern browse folder dialog to get folder path 
Add new methods to CustomFileDialog:
- setTitle() sets the dialog title
- setFolder() sets an initial directory
- pickFolder() shows a file open dialog to select a folder

Use CustomFileDialog in folderBrowser().

Affected areas:
- Search > Find in Files
- File > Open Folder as Workspace
- Preferences > Default Directory
- Preferences > Backup > Custom Backup
- Preferences > Cloud & Link

Fix #8513, close #9378

What is Notepad++ ?

Notepad++ is a free (free as in both "free speech" and "free beer") source code editor and Notepad replacement that supports several programming languages and natural languages. Running in the MS Windows environment, its use is governed by GPL License.
