upstream: Plug mem addrinfo mem leaks.

Prevent mem leaks in the (unlikely) event that getaddrinfo returns
no addresses.  ALso, remove an unneeded NULL check in addr_ntop. From
khaleesicodes via github PR#281, ok deraadt@
