[sshd.c]
     Afer sshd receives a SIGHUP, ignore subsequent HUPs while sshd re-execs
     itself.  Prevents two HUPs in quick succession from resulting in sshd
     dying.  bz#1692, patch from Colin Watson via Ubuntu.
