[ssh.c ssh_config.5]
     expand %h to the hostname in ssh_config Hostname options. While this
     sounds useless, it is actually handy for working with unqualified
     hostnames:

     Host *.*
        Hostname %h
     Host *
        Hostname %h.example.org
